自製鮮果Smoothie食譜

媽媽和小公主買了9款生果,除了做鮮果沙律和飯後果,還可以做早餐飲品或休閒下午茶特飲.在炎炎夏日,在街上買到的消暑飲品大多都多糖份又不健康.在家自製一杯健康有營養並附送美容效果的消暑鮮果smoothie,享受美味的同時,不用擔心體態美和銀包的負擔.當然,不要每天喝幾大杯,任何東西也不能飲食過量啊!

鮮果Smoothie食譜

材料:
藍莓                1/4杯
士多啤梨         1/4杯
香蕉                1/4杯
奇異果             1/4杯
原味低脂乳酪  1/3杯
低脂牛奶          1/2杯做法:

1. 將鮮果洗淨去皮切粒.

2. 在smoothie專用杯中放入鮮果(用食物處理器亦可).
3. 加入乳酪和牛奶.

4. 蓋好後,放入smoothie機攪至完全混和即可.

若甜味不足,可伴入少量砂糖飲用.
小貼士:

1. 選擇新鮮且熟透的生果,它們含有大量果糖,足以令smoothie香甜味美,避免加糖而吸收額外的糖份.2. 早一晚把鮮果放在雪櫃冷藏,可以令smoothie更消暑怡神.

不消5分鐘,兩姐妹已把飲品喝掉.(晴晴已經喝掉了,連照片也來不及拍呢!)
